1. Acceptance
By accessing strotsrelight.com or engaging Strotsrelight Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd., you agree to these Terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Services
Strotsrelight provides business growth consulting services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate Engagement Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Payment Terms
Fees are charged monthly in advance
All prices are in INR, exclusive of applicable GST
Payment due within 7 days of invoice
3-month minimum commitment as specified in Engagement Agreement
30 days written notice required to cancel after minimum period
4. Refund Policy
Monthly fees paid for completed months are non-refundable. If measurable progress is not visible by end of Month 2, we extend for one additional month at no charge.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all business information shared during the engagement as strictly confidential. A detailed NDA is signed before any information exchange. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
6. Limitation of Liability
Strotsrelight's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Business outcomes depend on client implementation; specific revenue targets are not guaranteed.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall first undergo good-faith negotiation, then arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat of arbitration: Bangalore, Karnataka.
